The legal limit for alcohol in the state of Pennsylvania is .08%. If your BAC level is found to be above this limit, you will be charged for DUI. The state of Pennsylvania separates BAC test results into three categories with corresponding punishments:

First Pennsylvania DUI Offense

Blood Alcohol Concentration .08-.099

Blood Alcohol Concentration .10-.159

Blood Alcohol Concentration .16
