The sentencing for a DUI conviction depends on a few different factors:

The state of Pennsylvania separates BAC test results into three categories:

.08 to .099
.10 to .159
.16 and up

You have 30 calendar days following your arrest to request a hearing with the DMV; or else your license may be automatically suspended.
